Upon arriving at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by its fantastic location, just a short walk from the lively Faliraki town and beautiful beach. The rooms, although in need of modernization, were quite spacious and came with daily cleaning services. The only downside was a slight unpleasant smell on the first day, and due to full occupancy, I couldn't change rooms.
The hotel offers a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms are spacious and modern, although we encountered an initial issue with lack of privacy in the family room. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a perfect holiday. The location is ideal right on the long Faliraki beach, but there are mixed feelings about the dining experience.
The hotel is very close to the beach and beachside bar, with spacious and exceptionally clean pool areas. The staff is polite, pleasant, and welcoming. However, our initial room was basic, dirty, and below ground level, requiring a room change after a day. Overall, a good stay marred by room issues initially.
